Our legal requirement is to only dispense prescription medicines to pets ‘under our care’. In most cases, this means we have to have seen your pet in the proceeding 6 months (less time for more serious conditions - your vet will advise). If your medicines cannot be dispensed for any reason, we will call you to discuss.
Prescriptions received before 2:00pm should be ready for collection after 72hrs. Any items ordered on a Friday will not be ready for collection until after 2:00pm the following Tuesday. If you are ordering over the weekend, please bear in mind that your order will be processed on the Monday so will be available Thursday.
