Kathy Harrison

I have been working in customer facing and customer service roles for over 30 years. I love people, almost as much as I love animals, so was thrilled to combine my experience and passion by joining the Willow team in January 2022.

My resilience comes from knowing all customer needs come from a place of concern for their much loved pets and their aim, just like all staff as Willows, is to prioritise their pets welfare. Therefore, I approach all customers with a calm, professional and understanding attitude.

Outside of work I am married with two teenage sons and three rescue dogs, who are my absolute world and priority, though are also the reason I love to escape into yoga, walking and meditation. (Anyone with teenagers and rescue animals will understand how vital these hobbies are to avoid turning to strong narcotics). 

I love working as part of the amazing team that is the ‘Willow family’ and I look forward to meeting you in the clinic.
