I joined Willow just over 6 years ago, I love my role as our Practice Administrator, my main responsibility is helping clients keep their accounts up to date and solving all sorts of insurance & account queries.

Outside of work I look after my 97-year-old Mum, my 5 cats, 5 rabbits oh and a husband! I am soon to become a Nanny and guinea pig fosterer too. I love gardening, making cards and have a small hobby business with a good friend selling French China, Glass & Giftware.
