Rob joined the practice in 1983 as an assistant and soon with his wife and fellow vet Joanna they became parners in what was then Hargreaves & Johnstone. They became full owners in 1991 and Willow Vetswas born. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice but has a special interest in opthalmology and gained a Certificate in Opthalmology  in 2002  .

When he isnt working Rob keeps fit cycling, and being run ragged by his jack russell Prego!       

Caroline Cutmore MA VET MB BSc MRCVS

Caroline qualified in 1987 and worked for 6 yrs in mixed practice (including some bear, tiger, zebra work at Woburn safari park) before joining the Willow team in 1993. She has a special interest and further qualifications in acupuncture & homeopathy and has an interest in feline medicine.

Her home is shared with 3 fluffy cats (& their hair!!)  Work permitting she enjoys foreign travel, horse riding, ice skating and theatre trips. You may also see Caroline working at VetsNow where she does some locum shifts.

Libby qualified in 2000 and joined the Willow team in 2002. Libby has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and oncology (cancer care) She is currently the resident expert vet for BBC Three Counties Radio and can be heard once a month advising pet parents all over our counties.

When she isn't vetting her time is taken up competing  in dressage & jumping with her horse The Fonz . Her daughter Lola is following in her mums sporting passions and helps look after after pets Violet the cat & Flo the dog.

Amy qualified in 2004 before relocating to the USA to work for the Banfield Veterinary group. She returned to England in 2012 and joined the Willow team. Amy enjoys the challenges that dermatology throws her and has a great interest in allergy induced conditions and microscopy.

Amy loves being a new mum to Grace and together they love walking their two dogs Nelson and Monty.

Richard qualified in New Zealand in 2003 and worked in several practices in the UK as a locum vet. After a stint locuming for Willow he loved us so much we were able to persuade him to become a permenant team member. Richard has a keen interest in exotic pets (rabbits, avian, reptiles etc) He is currently studying for his Certificate in Exotic medicine.

He helps his children Sam & Alyss look after their rabbits

Wendy qualified in 2002 and spent time working in various veterinary practices and emergency clinics. She came to work with the Willow team on Mondays. We were thrilled we were able to persuade her to join us permenantly following the birth of her daughter Hazel in 2015. Wendy has a special interest in emergency medicine and diabetes care.

As if toddler Hazel didnt keep her on her toes, she also has 2 cats, 6 ferrets and lots of tropical fish! Time permitting she enjoys baking, bird watching and gardening.
